• in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,

• to the extent and for the purpose necessary to perform the contract and correctly provide electronic services (e.g., sending newsletters),

• to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes),

• in a manner that ensures their security and privacy.

Storing, collecting, and processing personal data of newsletter subscribers:

• Newsletter subscriber data is submitted via a form located in the footer of the website.

• Newsletter subscription uses the Double Opt-in method – this means an automatically generated email with an activation link and information on data processing will be sent after signing up. If you do not activate your email address, you will not receive any emails sent to subscribers.

• Email addresses collected via newsletter sign-ups are used to send information relevant to the organization of the Festival and promotional or informational content. These messages may include news about promotional campaigns, contests, and events organized by the Administrator.

• This data is private and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Data may be shared with third parties if necessary to fulfill the agreement – specifically for newsletter distribution. Emails are sent using the Intuit Mailchimp.

• Providing the personal data described in section 3 is voluntary, but necessary for newsletter delivery.

Each person whose data is in our database has the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict the processing of their data, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. The above-mentioned personal data will be processed throughout the duration of the website’s operation and the organization of the Illustrator Festival – Festival of Illustrated Communication, or until a deletion request is submitted by the entitled person.
