• to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes),

• in a manner that guarantees their security and privacy.

Storage, acquisition, and processing of personal data of newsletter subscribers:

• Personal data of newsletter subscribers is provided to us using the form located in the footer of the website.

• Verification of the subscription to the newsletter takes place via the Double Opt-in method – this means that after subscribing through the form, an automatically generated message with an activation link and information on how your data is processed will be sent to you. After confirming the subscription, the email address will be activated in our database. Remember, if you do not activate your address, you will not receive any of the emails we send to subscribers!

• Email addresses collected as part of newsletter subscriptions are used to send information essential from the perspective of the Festival organization, as well as promotional and informational content. These messages may also contain information about promotional campaigns, contests, and events organized by the Controller.

• This data is private and is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

• The data may be transferred to third parties if necessary for the performance of a contract – sending the newsletter. The email delivery is managed through the Intuit Mailchimp service.

• Providing the personal data described in point 3 is voluntary, but necessary to send the newsletter.

Each person whose data is in our database has the right of access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. The aforementioned personal data will be processed throughout the period of operation of the website and the organization of the Ilustrator Festiwal – Festival of Illustrated Communication, or until a request for its deletion is made by the authorized person.
