Iga Ścibek

An illustrator who creates warm, emotional characters full of tenderness and a touch of clumsiness. A landscape architect by training and a Master of Fine Arts. She found her way to children's book illustration in her own unhurried way - first as a graphic designer, and later as the grand prize winner of the international Clairvoyants competition.

Her debut book "What's That Little Ball?" was included in the Treasure List of the Museum of Children's Books and was highly commended by IBBY, while her second, "Just a frog", was published by the British publishing house Post Wave Publishing. Her work was showcased at the "Spotlight on Polish Illustration" exhibition in Taipei.

She is currently working simultaneously on three new books for children.
